Janet began her humble beginnings with a supply chain operations management and marketing background. She started her career at GE Digital Energy. She founded and exited her first startup, Fitset. Later, Janet moved to Silicon Valley, joining Giveffect to scale their workflow software across North America. She then moved to Southeast Asia, focusing on scaling packaging manufacturing facilities across Myanmar and Tianjin. With this experience, she began digitizing the design-to-manufacturing process for B2B packaging companies to improve customer experience and internal workflow operations. Fate recently brought Janet and LINK3D together. A combination of Smart Manufacturing, sales and marketing growth. With her expertise in product validation, scaling marketing and sales growth, customer experience and product development, it was only natural for Janet to join the team!
The Rest of the Story
I studied marketing and supply chain to help businesses grow and optimize demand and supply. I am fascinated with how organizations can introduce new frameworks to a company’s day-to-day operations and come out with new actionable insights.
